This article covers the three official documents every player should know: where updates are announced, what the rules require, and what to do when something goes wrong.

Where updates are announced

The official updates page carries the announcements, with an archive running to seven pages. The three most recent entries on the first page are:

• 30 October 2025: 3DXChat 3.3, announced as bringing new features, visual upgrades and fixes.

• 9 July 2025: a content drop with new sex poses, hairstyles, tights and outfits, several classic clothes remastered on the new material system, and new gift items.

• 19 June 2025: the Partial Avatar Loader, which loads individual elements such as hair or clothing from an avatar file without replacing the whole character.

For all three, the website links the detailed patch notes to the official Discord server and asks readers to join it first. Anyone maintaining a version history on this wiki should expect to read Discord rather than the website for specifics.

The game rules in short

The official rules are long. These are the parts that decide most cases.

• Players must be eighteen or older.

• You are responsible for your account and for anything done under it, and account sharing is strongly discouraged.

• Insults, personal attacks, abuse and harassment are not tolerated at any level.

• Derogatory content about race, nationality, religion or culture is prohibited, as is anything referring to minors sexually.

• Spam, excessive capitals, begging and soliciting are prohibited in the chats.

• Publishing another player's personal information without consent is prohibited, as is trying to extract account details from them.

• Threats of real-life violence are prohibited, against players and staff alike.

• Advertising is prohibited in chats and profiles, except recruiting within 3DXChat itself.

• Names, avatars, images and room logos have their own list of prohibitions, and the administration may modify or sanction anything that breaks it.

Each incident is judged case by case, the policy applies in every language, and repeated breaches often end in permanent suspension. Terminated accounts are not reinstated, and no refund follows.

Reporting and appealing

The rules direct reports and appeals to the developers through the official contact form rather than to other players, and arguing a moderation decision in chat is itself prohibited. For account, payment or connection problems, the support pages carry a contact form that asks for the account email address and an order identifier.

Staying safe

Two habits follow directly from the rules. Protect the account, because everything done under it is attributed to you. And share nothing about your real identity that you would not want repeated, since the rules can punish somebody who leaks it but cannot unpublish it.
